Yes, that is right. This is why I thought it very weird that the HP
would have COM1 IRQ4 and COM3 IRQ4 set as the default values for the 2
COM ports in the BIOS settings, since they do conflict IRQ's. I figured
that COM1 IRQ4 and COM2 IRQ3 would be the defaults, but they are not.
