I recently followed a link to a free download of "Computer
Consultant" by Micro2000. This is a lure to get you to buy one of
their more expensive ($500-1100) packages.

1) I received *several* follow-up calls from a salesman -- one more,
and I'd have to call it "pestering".

2) The free sample app identified my Cyrix MX PR233 as a "4 MHz
Pentium". I was *not* filled with the urge to purchase hundreds of
dollars of additional software from this company, for some reason.

[I have not actually used their expensive commercial products, and
they could turn out to be exactly what you need.]
