I'm type A blood and have been following "Eat Right 4 Your Type" and have
been paleo for almost 12 months. My anniversary is coming soon.
I've blended the two WOE by eliminating from d'Adamo's type A list all the
foods that Neanderthin calls forbidden fruits. So, no peanuts, corn, etc.
even though d'Adamo includes them. Seems to be working and I am a different
person now than I was a year ago. I stopped using my scooter in February
and now walk through the stores! I'm one happy paleo babe.
