Yes, a cat fed only tuna would suffer from some serious
deficiencies, including taurine, but most notably calcium
and other minerals.

Tuna depletes the cat's body of it's stores of vit E,
causing a condition called steatitis, which will eventually
result in death.

Cats are not biologically adapted to eating fish. No wild
feline eats fish.
