I'm a newly diagnosed celiac and am working my way through the no-no
foods.  I'm working out substitutions without too much difficulty.

However, my BIG problem is Chinese food.  I lived in the Orient and love
Chinese and Korean foods. I've changed to wheat free tamari instead of
soy but what about hoisin sauce?  Does anyone have suggestions?  Any
recipes?
