As a health professional, I would like to caution everyone regarding the use
of "fad" diets to lose weight quickly. Bottom line - they don't work long
term. You may lose weight, but you also lose muscle, and it comes back plus
some in most cases. The best recipe for long lasting weight loss is to eat
less and exercise more. The results aren't as dramatic, but they'll still be
there next year if you keep it up.
