So many people responded to my post about the dispenser
asking about gf soy sauce, that I decided to post this to the
whole list.
I use San-J Wheat-Free Tamari Sauce, which also comes in
a low-salt version; it is plainly labeled right on the front, not
just in the fine print of the ingredients! San-J also makes
non-gf sauces, so be sure to check the label.
Some listmembers recommend Bragg's Amino Liquid (sp?).
La Choy is said to make a gf soy sauce, but you need to check
the ingredient list; the label doesn't say it's gf or wheat-free on
the front; it's in the list of gf sauces in the CSA listings, and so
is Eden's. I haven't tried any of these.
La Choy is widely available in supermarkets. The others can
be found in many health food stores. I get my San-J sauce
at Fresh Fields (known as Whole Foods in other areas of the
USA).
Good luck and good eating!
