Searching for GF Hot Sauce

Hello, Everyone,

I'm new to the list and to a GF diet and life. My diagnosis of Celiac
Sprue was confirmed by my doctor last week following an endoscopy. So
I'm learning a great deal very quickly and trying to integrate it all.

My immediate question is: I'm looking for a GF hot sauce and wonder if
anyone knows of one. In the past, I used the McElhinney Company's
Tabasco sauce, but someone from their lab informed me that the vinegar in
their products is grain-based. So that's now off my diet. Any
suggestions will be most welcome!

Thanks in advance,

Pat S.
