Please do not respond on this issue to the List.  Most of these concepts
are in place.  For many reasons, posters do not read the guidelines sent
when they subscribed to the List.

I do not have time to make an adequate post on this subject at this time.
You can reply to my ID and I will compile a response later.  It may take a few
days as it will be a joint Listowner announcement.
