Hello
Many responses to a request for GF and yeast free bread recipes.Most
suggestions were the names of authors whose book contained these...the
main two being Betty Hagman and Carol Fenster.
With regards to my second question about suddenly developing an
intolerance to potatoes,many suggestions were offered.The main ones:-
a.perhaps I had developed `leaky gut syndrome`
b.perhaps I also had candida
I am not alone in this intolerance,and some useful advice was to avoid
all fruits from plants in the deadly nightshade family-potatoes,tomatoes,
aubergines and green peppers.If I eliminate all these for 3 months,then
gradually re-introduce into my diet ONLY ONE AT A TIME,I may be able to
digest them again.
