Glutano hard pretzels are available from the Gluten-Free Pantry in
Conn. Within two months, Ener-G Foods will also handle them. I believe
DeRoma in Canada carries pretzels. The soft large kind have been
available from the Gluten-Free Cookie Jar in PA.

The Glutano Pretzels come in a 75 gram (2.5 oz.) package and are
made by Drei Paulie in Germany. The ingredients are; corn starch, vegetable
oil, soya flour, sugar, salt, raising agent (ammonium hydrogen carbonate,
sodium carbonate,tartaric acid), emulsifier lecithin,stabilizer (E 466),
yeast. They taste as good as any wheat flour ones I recall tasting! These
are egg and lactose free and cost $2.39 plus postage.
