I would like to thank everyone who responded to my questions regarding
Northwest Airlines GF meals and GF food in Frankfurt Germany. This
group has been so wonderful. I have learned so much from all of you,
everybody is so supportive. I received a lot of positive responses. I
will try to make a short summary.

Northwest Airlines: GF meals are a hit and miss. Some reported no
problem with meal except salad dressing and occasional dinner roll
offered by the attendant. Others stated their meals were not GF. I
will be taking enough of my own food to be safe.

I received 4 responses on contacting "Reformhaus" Health Food store in
Frankfurt. They carry a lot of GF products, cookies, crackers, cakes,
wafers, pretzels and breads. Also by law they are prohibited to put
fillers in their sausages. One response referred to Germany as a
"Celiac's Delight". I am looking forward to this trip. This group has
put my mind at ease about the GF food.

I can not thank you enough. I hope I can be helpful to someone else as
you have been to me.
