Thank you to all who have been so helpful on this list.  I am going to
visit the four Scandinavian countries.  Does anyone have any idea about
gluten free food in Scaninavia?  I would also appreciate any phrase in
the language of any of these countries  to explain the type of food I
need. Thanks very much.
