Hi All,
I, too have had many bad experiences flying with my two gf kids.
Continental has invariably gotten it wrong, giving them Wheaties for
breakfast, and always enclosing a packet of crackers with any other offerings!
What I did this time, with success (finally) was be specific about the gf
meal. I told the person over the phone that I wanted to order two gf meals,
and I specified "no crackers, no cookies, no bread, nothing with wheat, rye,
oats or barley." She wrote it down, and the kids both got fruit, macaroons,
and Baby Ruth candy bars. I considered this a successful meal! However, I
admit that I carried a bagful of gf goodies just in case!

By the way, there is a pretty good health food store on Marco, and they are
expanding.
