for us. On pg 11, it states " Gluten free flours do not rise as gluten
flours. To make your bakes goodsrise better, MIX BAKING POWDER OR SODA
WITH WATER OR OTHER LIQUID BEFORE ADDING IT TO THE OTHER INGREDIENTS"
