Has anyone had any experience with flax seed that they could share? Is it
always GF? Do you need to wash the slippery little devils befor you use
them? I have heard that ground flax seed and ground pecans make a good
substitute for a grahamm cracker crust. Anyone tried that?????

Also, what kind of artificial sweeteners are *for sure* GF? Do you have
any that you use and really like?

(I'm going to try a low-carb cheesecake for a birthday cake substitute, if
I can get enough info. . .)

Thanks

deni
