I recently baked some cakes and breads from Authetic foods for my son.  He
loved them but suffered gastrointestinal symptoms for days afterwards.  Of
course, he loved them so much he may have overdone because he devoured them
as soon as I made them.

I am wondering if these flours affect anyone else?
