Have any of you seen either "Managing food Allergy and Intolerance" or
"Dietary Management of Food Allergies and Intolerances", both by Janice
Vickerstaff Joneja? The short descriptions I saw made them sound useful
to those of us dealing with multiple food intolerances, but because of
their price ($136 and $56 respectively) I will not purchase one of them
without more information.
Can anyone recommend any other books about multiple food intolerances?
