I'm really getting to love this magazine--even tho I really don't like
chocolate all that much.
the December Chocolatier is out with several gf recipes in it that we
can use for the holidays.
There is also an article on Nick Malgieri's new book "Chocolate" in
which they reveal that he is working on a cookie book for release in the
year 2000. The thought occurs to me that Nick already knows agout gf
baking since he contributed a cornmeal biscotti recipe for AGAINST THE
GRAIN. Perhaps if we were to write him and ask hem not to forget us in
the new book, we might get some great recipes. Also--perhaps he might
be able to suggest flour combinations for cookies. I plan to write, but
there is power in numbers. He is head of baking at Peter Kumps Cooking
school here in NYC==
