Here's an update........I purchased a package of smoked sea bass and served it
yesterday.  You guessed it...last nite my husband got very ill.  Unfortunately
it must have been the fish because that is the only questionable item he ate
yesterday.   I will copy Fabulous Foods with this note and perhaps they can
update us as to any possible hidden gluten.   Sorry all.
