Folks,

     CSA/USA does have a list of gluten-free meds that sells for $2.00.
It is not as inclusive as the Stokes one, but is much less expensive. I
purchased the Stokes list many months ago and the cost was less...no
charge for shipping at that time, but I guess that policy has changed. As
usual with gluten-free products, things change and you must keep current
on their status. The Stokes book does include many drug company phone
numbers.
