Because of recent questions on this list regarding the gf status of Thai
fish sauce I've written to the company who imports the Thai Kitchen
brand. They replied:
"In order to answer your letter and your question on gluten in our
products, I had to check with our plant in Thailand. They confirmed that
all Thai Kitchen products, including Fish sauce, are gluten-free."

They also sent me a booklet with recipes and product information. The
company is Linmark Co. Ltd., 5, Chemin de rivage, 1292 Chambesy, Geneva,
Switzerland. Tel. +41.22.7589070. The letter was signed by Muriel
Robinson, Customer Relations Department. She also wrote that they
welcome further comments and questions. Of course I was very pleased
with this reply.

P.S. I have no commercial interest in this company (just love Thai
food).
