Hi again Aussies,

I bought a packet of Soothers (cough lozenges) today, and rang Allen's to
find out the source of the glucose in them. I was surprised to find out
that it is wheat, which was quite a shock, since I thought it would be corn
syrup. According to the girl on the 1-800 number, in the US corn syrup is
more common, but in Australia glucose is often derived from wheat.

Has anyone else heard information that supports this?
