I emailed Honeysuckle White a year ago, Can't find my printout, but from
what I remember, it's similar as Butterball- Look for turkeys (fresh or
frozen) that are listed as minimally processed, no additives. Their
lunchmeat has milk (or soy) as far as I remember- my son can't have their
lunchmeat.

How about Hams- can't use the kosher symbols for them. If I buy a fresh
(non- smoked) ham how would I cook it? Are the canned hams ok?
