Fifteen plain text (sometimes compressed) documents have been added
to the Empowerment Zone web site (http://www.empowermentzone.com).
Once its front page is loaded, you can locate a file by using the
search feature of a web browser to find a phrase in its description
below. Alternatively, you can retrieve a file directly using its
specific URL, which is the basic site address followed by a forward
slash and then the name of the file, e.g.,
http://www.empowermentzone.com/capital.txt
