If you have line of sight (Can you see from one building to another
with binoculars) I would suggest a wireless RF Ethernet Bridge. It
can provide the speed and cover the distance you have indicated. A
bonus, that after the captial cost is spent, there is no monthly
charge from your Telco.
Aironet, Wi-Lan, Cylink are names of some manufacturers of this type
of equipment.
