I have the same TX Pro II board with the on-board video.  The video
performance was mediocre at best, though certainly not terrible.  I've since
added an ATI Expression+ Card, and am very happy with the results.  You can
disable the on-board video through your CMOS setup screen.  I don't have any
experience with the Number Nine card you have, but drivers can be found at
http://www.nine.com/support/drivers/772drv.html
