I'm no egg-substitute expert, never used it, never read the ingredients. Being
that it's a substitute, I would tend to think that the 'substitute' part is
lots worse than the cholesterol. Also, I don't remember where I got this from
but hasn't it been shown that real eggs do not raise your cholesterol level?
The original study that did raise cholesterol was done with powdered eggs.
