Aren't all calorie restricting studies dealing with people on a normal
diet? And wouldn't to them calorie restricting mean cutting back on the
carbs? On my paleo diet I eat a big breakfast and big lunch, and snack at
dinner. I never eat between meals. I have no idea what my calories are, nor
do I care. One of the advantages of a paleo diet is no counting. They
certainly didn't count.

Don.
