"Juicing" is a method of refining food.  Juice is not a whole food.  While
I don't think there's anything wrong with a little once in awhile, it makes
no more sense to go overboard with it than it does to eat a lot of any
other refined food.  Either way, you're exposing your body to an
unnaturally concentrated form of a food.

A recent study that was actually reported on the news linked high intakes
of fruit juices in children with diabetes and overweight.

My experience was that chronic fatigue syndrom symptoms were related to
pancreas overwork and exhaustion.  When I went raw and started juicing like
mad, my energy returned to childhood levels.
