You can get fresh herbs from most grocery stores, someone already mentioned
the produce section.  Also the health food store I go to carries a large
variety.  I used Schillings brand marjoram (also known as Mccormick) when I
made the stew.  I didnt have a gluten reaction from it.  I dont know about
all their spices though.  I do know that most powder mustard contains gluten
and like someone else said, most combined seasonings, to include poultry
seasoning.  I"ll see what I can find out from the schilling company in
regard to gluten.
