I use an acidophilis product called Floradophilis (available from Bioenergy
Nutrients 1-800-627-7775.  All their products are common allergen free).  It
keeps the candida under control.  I can actually feel relief from
gastrointestinal pain--the result of too much sugar, which causes overgrowth
of candida--within an hour after taking the Floradophilis.

In addition, I take a capsule, daily.
