Steve -- Thank you very much. I'm going to have to cogitate.... There are
so many suspects here <g>. I guess avoidance is the best policy except for
casein. Casein appears to be not a problem but maybe I should do a
controlled test for it. I have some lactose free milk substitute powder
with casein in it and I can test to see if it causes a reaction. I haven't
detected one to date but who knows. I may have erroneously blamed some
other ingredient/source. Unfortunately, even stuff supposedly without milk
can still be a problem. I've had this happen with breads and chocolate squares.
