Hello, and thanks for your post. I found your information very
interesting. A couple of things to ask...

First, I have heard of the Dari-free you mentioned, and was wondering if
you could send me back an e-mail about what it is exactly and where you buy
it.

Second, my son was diagnosed with pervasive developmental disorder until
improvements (dairy out, speech therapy, etc) helped him to the point that
he does not meet the diagnostic criteria for an autistic disorder. We
really haven't cleared up all his health issues, which I believe were the
root of why his development was so "disordered"; I was wondering if you
could talk to me about your son. Did you go through any of this PDD
diagnostics?

Anyway, we will get the results of his Celiac test (blood) hopefully on
Thursday. I want him to be well, and am very nervous about how to handle
the test results. I have read so much about gluten as well as casein being
implicated in the children's problems. Taking away all the dairy has made
such a wonderful change in him, we had a sweet, loving child underneath
all that screaming...he was just so sick he couldn't show us before. It
was encouraging to hear that I was not the only mom who saw such dramatic
improvements in a "disabled" child when dietary changes were made. In my
son's case, such changes that he no longer qualifies for special education
from the county. I do wish that I received more guidance from his
pediatrician. What I have learned from the internet has made a world of
difference.

Thanks again, I hope to hear from you again soon.

Carolyn, Spencer's Mom
