I have also taken the ELISA test, and am having great results following the
rotation/elmination diet. I had my test done in Oregon for twice the price,
so it looks like you got a good deal. My tests were done by:
Sunnyside Health Center & Chiropractic Clinic
8800 S.E. Sunnyside Road, Suite 111
Clackamas, OR 97015
(503) 654-3225
I took the same test three years ago, and was interested to see how much
higher (read: worse) my dairy scores had become. I am now convinced to
follow a dairy/egg/wheat free diet, based on how much better I feel.
After being on the diet for 6 weeks now, my body feels balanced and healthy.
My appetite has deminished, as if what I am giving my body is exactly what
it needs. It is a good feeling not to *need* food.
