Hi Susan, When you wrote to the no- milk list, I thought it was myself. I
too have a very allergic son (now 28 mos. and an  almost 4 mo old, for whom
I'm eliminating all of her big bro's allergens from my diet. My daughter
had rashes and major spitting up when I had any onions in my diet.

I wish I knew the mother who said she didn't belong to the no- milk group.
I am also a member of the FAST list (Food Allergy Survivors together). The
No- milk and FAST have such similar, but useful, discussions at times, it's
hard to separate which list has which conversation. FAST has more multi-
allergic topics, though which may help.
