Where did you get pierogies without cheese?  Were they the potato and
onion ones?  I did find some of those are kosher parve and tried some
over the holidays.  Not too bad, but not the same.  I don't care for the
sour cream anyway, so that wasn't a problem :-)

I usually make my own with lots of sharp cheddar cheese.  I think I'm
going to try potato with onion and roasted garlic whenever I find enough
time to make some.
