Agreed. :) There is no point in sticking to any "diet"
religiously--that is impractical and silly. But I know that not eating soy
more than once or twice a week helps me be able to eat soy. Some weeks I eat
soy daily and pay for it with head & severe tummy aches. This is of course
an intolerance and not an allergy. That's the level I'm talking about. If I
eat the same thing every day (even bananas *every* morning for breakfast)
eventually they begin to bother me, but I can eat bananas if I don't eat
them every day...same with gluten and nuts and corn...and...... (you get the
picture). That is the experience I've had with a really rough (no diary, not
"I have too's" or any of the "pressure" stuff) rotational diet.
