I haven't tried rice milk in pudding mix but, it seems to work well in
everything else including pumpkin pie so I don't see why it wouldn't. Also,
Imagine makes a rice based pudding in cups. It comes in chocolate, lemon and I
think vanilla. My daughter loves the chocolate as a special treat!
