Oh. Not drinking coffee, and drinking my tea straight, I never thought of
trying it. I did try whipping it with my handblender and its whipping
attachment, but it didn't work, even with the coconut milk cold. It did get

This is a standard Thai soup. I cheat and just warm up a half can of
coconut milk, chicken removed from a piece of chicken, and 1 to 1 1/2
teaspoon of Thai Kitchen curry paste. I like the red better than the green.
When I consult I take this in, heat in the microwave, then add whatever
vegetable they have in the cafeteria steam table (which is butter and
margarine free).
