This is a follow up message on Chocolate Emporium Kosher for Passover
products.

1. I have received many requests about whether these Kosher for
Passover chocolates and candies contain Matzo Meal. I have called on
this. No they do not. They are grain free, gluten free, mazto meal
free, soy free, corn free, and milk free (parve).

2. When you call to order, specify that you only what "Kosher for
Passover products." Otherwise you may get chocolates which have gluten.

3. They can also carry Kosher for Passover bulk semi-sweet eating
chocolate/cooking chocolate which they sell by the pound in chunks.
They are not pretty like candy bars, but taste like regular semi-sweet
chocolate candy bars. It sells for about $7.00 per lb (1 pound = 454
grams). It too is only available for Passover.

4. *Important* If you are interested in the eating/cooking chocolate
which is sold by the lb, they have requested that you send an email to
them to let them know how many people are interested. They want to know
if they should stock this this year based on how many people contact
them--they prefer this in their email since I told her they may get an
overwhelming response, and they don't wish to tie up their phone lines.
So please, send an email today if you are interested ask for Eleanor or
Stacy. Tell them you are interested in Kosher for Passover chocolate
chucks by the pound I will ask them to contact me about whether they
decide to stock it. Their email address is: [log in to unmask]

5. They also told me that if you are in a Jewish area, that you can
probably find such products in the Passover section of your grocery
store. Read the labels carefully, and look for the kosher markings like
OU, OK, *K , K) (that's a K surrounded by a backwards C). She
recommended not to trust a product that is listed as kosher with just
one Rabbi's name. Such Rabbis have no one to hold them accountable
since they are not members of an organization.

Sweet Dreams, chocolate dreams. HMMMMMM. Abigail, St Paul, MN
