We use the "CVS Natural" store brand of calcium & magnesium with zinc,
which "contains no sugar, starch, artificial color or flavor,
preservatives, lactose". We switched to this after we got sick of the taste
of Tums. We use PolyViSol chewable multi-vitamins (the whole family likes
them).
