You received the OEM version of the Celeron, which does not come with a
heatsink or fan attached. However, a heatsink and fan are required before
installing this chip. There are several Celeron fans available at resellers
around the web. Remember you need a fan specifically for the Celeron, not a
Pentium II fan, as they have different heatsinks and clips for attachment.
