You can try removing all the the devices starting on the secondary and then up.
Upon rebooting it may fix itself, or.....

You can install the drivers that come with the boards, or better yet go to
Intel and get the latest drivers and install those. I just got them a week or
so ago and it improved my sytem quite a bit when benchmarked. There's nothing
to fear.

If any of the mentioned devices are running in DOS mode, or there are DOS
drivers installed for them, the Bus Masters don't take kindly to that. You must
remove the drivers in the autoexec and config files so the Bus Masters can work
properly.
