Bill and Others:
This is a bug in Norton Utilities 3.0, I called Symantec about this two
weeks and they confirmed it. They say to just stop the defrag. and restart,
in my case I just stop and go to another drive and complete that drive and
go back to the drive I started out with. Then it works just find with NO
problems. Symantec said they are working on, but no answers soon. Note this
is only in Windows98.
