Lucas..........I had the identical problem with the first system I put
together......It seems I didn't have the motherboard grounded to the case
properly............When I got it grounded properly (the brass grounding
screw between the case and the MB), these problems disappeared.....
Not very technical sounding advice......*L*......but it worked for
me......!!!.....Good luck.....!!
