I should know the answer to this after reading this list for as long as I
have, but I need to ask anyway. Fat32 is one of the enhancements that is
described for Win98. However it has been discussed for a long time. Is it
available as part of the Win95 OEM? How does one set up a (new) machine to
use Fat32?

Thanks for your help, this list is the best I have ever dealt with.

Hi Mike, to set up a machine to use FAT32 you must have win95sr2 otherwise
known as win95B, this product can only be obtained by an OEM, of course it
can be got through other routes, but not legitimately. Anyway it can only be
installed on a blank hard drive, if you have a copy of this win95B, it asks
you during the install if you want to install support for large hard drives,
if you do it will install FAT32 if not it will install FAT16, its that
simple. :)
