You need to run the FDISK from the OSR2, Windows95B, and when it asks
you initially if you would like Large Disk support answer YES.  That is
all there is to it.

If you are planning on upgrading to Windows98, Win98 has a FAT16 to
FAT32 converter.  I used the converter to convert my older drives and
have not experienced any problems with them and no data loss.
