Absolutely.  One point I was attempting to make is that wine and/or
hard cider of sorts can occur naturally, which means I could have
occasionally had them while holding my spear.  So as far as I'm
concerned, I could have moderate wine or cider and still be
paleo.  Such is not the case for beer and distilled liquor.
(But since I'm not constrained to the use of a spear, I may have
an infrequent beer too!)
