  Welcome.  Been there - done that!  Could be me story.  I kept thinking
"what am I doing wrong? Everything says it is so good for me.  I was
doing it for ethical reasons, too.  I got hooked when I saw some
pamphlets on animal research.  Well now I am still against animal
research and wearing furs, but I eat meat and I feel GOOD!
  I have to admit that it might have been impossible without this list.
